Grew Multipik for the first time this year. It's a good producer and the flavor is about average. I've grown Early Prolific Straightneck for decades and the flavor of that one is better than Multipik. Had no problem with blossom drop or rotted squash. (Seeds from Johnny's) |

This straightneck is prolific. It has good shape and color. The taste is better than most hybrid straightnecks. While most folks in this area of Georgia demand crooknecks, this one is good as many of the crooknecks. Very, vigorous with no problems. Does very well in this climate. |

Flowers/fruit rots in high humidity. Do not recommend for the southeast. |

One of our favorite summer squashes. We have grown this with great success for quite a few years. Multipik is a very heavy yeilder over a long growing season. The flowers can also be also be used in gourmet type recipes. |
