I also found this pretty pest resistant. The Red Russian had leaf miners but not the white. Leaves are curlier and thinner so not as impressive if sold in bunches but very pretty. |

By far the best tasting kale. Although dwarf Scottish kale is more productive, Siberian kale is far better as a cooked green vegetable. Relatively trouble free to grow. Does not seem to attract aphids. |

An excellent kale variety for the midwest. This variety can winter-over very well. Leaves are large the second year and very sweet after a light frost. Very good flavor and resistance many insect pests. |

This B. napus type kale looks just like Red Russian (but without the reddish colors) but has been more productive and pest-free than the Red Russian for me so far. Tender and tasty. |
