Grows well in North Dakota. Add 10-14 days to reach full maturity. Fairly heat resistant. A little touchy on the cold tolerance side. Tight heads that hold on the plant. Storage 4-6 weeks under refrigeration. No issues with pests or disease. |

In my area, amazing is a first class performer in Fall plantings. Does not work at all for spring planting. It takes too long and is adversely affected by heat. Planted for harvest in late fall and early winter, it has no peers. |

Best white cauliflower I have grown. Some variability in size of heads but they tend to produce all within 2 weeks. Sometimes a little lavender color is apparent that the dumbest of customers object to. Carefree white cauliflower. |
