| Outstanding for the fall crop. Heavy, dense heads with excellent flavor and good side shoot production. Harvested over two weeks or so. |

| Wow! I've grown broccoli for many decades and this is the best I've grown yet! Huge plants produce huge heads. Consistent mature heads in the 12 - 13 inch range. Tolerated close planting. Grew for a fall crop, but will try the spring crop next year as the young plants all came through a bout of insane heat in August to mature by late Sept. from a July 4 transplanting. Really takes the cold, withstanding more than one night of mid 20's. How does it do that!!? Glad I found this strain, nothing but good to say for it if you are a northern gardener looking for an excellent fall broccoli. |

| Very impressed by this brocoli, stands the heat very well and easy to grow. No problems with disease, rot, or insects to speak of. More tolerant of lower fertility soil than most. Not that fond of the silvery color but that might help its heat tolerance by reflecting some light in bright conditions. highly recomended and very reliable |

| Although I prefer to avoid hybrids I figured I'd give this one a shot. I've had excellent germination going on my 2nd year. I would recommend this one as stated in its description for the fall/winter months. I had wonderful heads all the way into mid January. I would list it as moderate side shoot production. I do not recommend for early summer as the heads tend to loosen and bolt rather quickly compared to others. |

we had a freezing rain in Dec. with temps in the teens predicted
so I went out and broke all the side shoots off, ice and all
it was still great broccoli |
