| These are a nice enough potato, but I have to admit I found them a little disappointing. Their flesh is pink, but not strongly so. The flavour is pleasant, and the potatoes a little on the small side. They are fingerlings, after all. They kept okay but nothing unusual. We got 23 pounds from a 5\' by 6\' bed, which made them our lowest producing potato of 2011. |

| Good taste. Easy to grow. Good yield.
This variety makes a lot of marble sized potatoes, though they probably only make up about 10% of the total weight and taste quite nice whole and unpeeled in a stew.
I harvest about 8-10 lbs per single lb planted.
Unlike some red potatoes, and definately unlike white potatoes, when digging these by hand, the color stands out very well in contrast with the dirt, so it is hard to not see them.
I've noticed that this variety is mildly susceptible to early blight, but doesn't seem much of a problem. |
