Giant Belgium is my favorite tomato. I have grown (and sampled) several varieties... trying to find the right balance of sweet and rich heirloom tomato flavor and this is it! The yield is comparable to other beefsteaks. It was a disease-free, healthy plant, that grew to almost 7 feet tall. I purchased my seeds from Gleckler Seedmen. |

One of my favorite beefsteaks. It is not a high yielding plant despite its very large size. The tomatoes are very large, very flavorful, and relatively smooth. Out performs the Brandywine here and is a much smoother, hence usable tomato than Purple Ponderosa. |
