I found these beans very tedious to pick, clean & cut up for canning. The pods (long and fuzzy) tended to droop into the dirt, collect debris, and require 3-times as many washings as my other beans. In addition, their shape (flat, curly, and twisty) made them tedious to cut up. (They did not break cleanly, when snapped by hand; and they were impossible to lay out on a cutting board for mass-slicing.) The taste is good ... but just not worth all the trouble.
