| Eastland Butter Bean Tall, upright bush plants bear gray-green 3 inch pods; pods filled with dime-sized, greenish-white flat beans. This dependable, heavy yielder of high quality baby limas. I planted these for the first time, during the 2017 growing season. I was looking for a lima bean to replace the Carolina Sieva pole bean. Eastland has the same taste and texture of the Sieva, and it produced heavy bean pods.avg. I harvested 1 1/2 bushels per 135 ft. row. |
