| I grew this jalapeņo once, and the only drawback was that the jalapeņo flavor was diluted, so to speak, since it is a hybrid. On it's own, the flavor was good, and the yield was incredible - large numbers, as well as large size. A few got pepper maggots, but, for a jalapeņo, it was fairly free of this problem. Heat was fairly hot, not like the jalapeņo hybrids with the heat bred out of them. |
