An average performer for me. It was satisfactory but did not excel in any category. Not the earliest or the most productive. Small slim fruits are not versatile. |

Grew these side-by-side with Ping-Tung, and there was no question but that Ping-Tung was the superior eggplant. More productive, larger fruits and no bitterness. We found Little Fingers eggplants small, rather dense/tough, and on the bitter side. They were trouble-free enough to grow, but still not worth the effort. |

I thought Little Fingers would be like slim Jim; clusters of 3-4" fingers. Boy was I wrong! They grew to a large asian-type 8-12" long by 2" in diameter, and each plant gave 6+ fruits on 3' tall (might need staking) multi-branched plants. Great grilled. Bought plants, will try to grow from seed this year. |

This variety did very poorly here; my combination of cool nights, 8.0 pH, and fungal wilt really took their toll. All but 2 plants (out of 12) languished, while "Casper" & "Diamond - directly adjacent - prospered. Very late, nearly a month after the other two. The yield was eventually heavy just before frost, and the quality was good; but it seems poorly adapted to short-season areas. |
