Description:	Early lettuce type/specialty pak choy hybrid. Plants produce 6- by 10-inch, very light green, semi-conical heads. Undulating leaves with slight wrinkled surface and thick white ribs. Good frost resistance. Stores well.

This really was fun to grow because it grew quickly and looked attractive and impressive. I didn't care for the flavor raw, but found it acceptable sauteed with garlic. This might be a good choice for a child's garden.
