I grew this in my 2011 trials and had a prolific yield. The taste was really good. It was one of the last potatoes I harvested. Desiree seems slightly susceptible to silver scurf and scab, at least in my garden. Overall, I would grow this again. I am not sure if it will be 2012 as I couldn\'t save any seed. |

2010 was my first year for this variety. Beautiful pink red tubers, medium size. The flavor is definitely gourmet. This was mid-late season and an excellent keeper. Disease resistant. It is on my list for 2011 to plant again. |
