Grown in large (approx. 5 gallon) containers, they did very well despite the cold wet first half of summer. Fruits were dark red, plum color, mild, sweet taste, somewhat fruity. Tomatoes were the size of a large egg. Plants were about 4 feet tall. Some resistance to a multitude of plant diseases (especially late blight) that affected everyone in my area. Definitely worth trying again. |
