Grew this one last year because I thought the name was hilarious, and was pleasantly surprised. I tend to favor intense red and black tomato varieties, and often find yellows boring, but this had some really nice acidity and flavor for a yellow. Before disease hit, the plant was absolutely loaded with blossoms and produced really well in giant clusters. As far as processing, the skins didn\'t really peel off much with hot water bath or roasting, but they weren\'t terribly thick to worry about it.

This paste tomato is delicious! I grew them from seed from Seed Saver's Exchange and I was beyond pleased! Not only are they a vigorous grower (my garden suffered some neglect this past year) but they also produced like crazy. The taste is superb, tangy and very 'tomatoey'. They produce a beautifully colored sauce as well. I will be growing it again this year.
