| Sowed seed June 10. Growth was slow through mid July. Although the plant flowered nicely, it produced only one fruit to 4 inches with pale skin. Flavor was bland. |

| Nice flavor when small and attractive. However the squash grew very quickly and their texture and flavor went down hill quickly. Skin also showed blemishes very easily. |

| Great variety, productive, tasty. Really cute squash but still good even when larger but best of all keeps quite well once picked. |

| This is a huge plant so be sure you have the space. We planted it in the center of our 4x4 bed and it shaded the peppers we planted in each corner of the bed. The yeild was moderate. I did not get to taste it but another gardener said it was tasty though had lots of seeds. The leaves got powdery mildew toward the end of the summer. |

| Planted seeds 5/30. Germinated and grew well until squash vine borers attacked in mid July. Cut out borer larvae and hilled soil over wounds. Plants revived and produced fruit from late July to mid October but yield was low. Squash tasted fine, but not exceptional. |

| Planted seeds 5/19. Doing well as of 7/10, some holes in leaves. 7/13: harvested a few. Squash bugs noted on leaves. Large plant, crowding the peppers too much in bed #8. Harvesting through 8/1. On 8/1, squash vine borers and borer damage noted. One half of plant taken out. Garden sprayed with pyrethrin. 8/14: remains of plant pulled out. Total harvest: 2.9 lbs. |
