Unique-shaped hot pepper. 3- to 4-foot plants bear 3-inch fruit with 3 or 4, flat-tipped wings. Wings are sweet but the rest of the fruit is hot. Good for containers. Also known as 'Campane', 'Peri Peri', 'Pimenta Cambuci', 'Ubatuba Cambuci', 'Aji Flor', 'Orchid' and 'Bishops Hat'.

Unique fruits! The "wings" ARE sweet, and the remainder IS hot, just like its description. A tall, gangly plant with relatively few fruits. Other than for the novel shape, I can't think of a reason to grow this variety again. |
