I love this variety. It did well overwintered last year (but didn't germinate for me this fall). It was especially sweet after a frost. Good yield, kept going until summer. |

I love this spinach. It is so beautiful! I always allow it to go to seed because the flowering plant is attractive. The leaves are very tender and excellent for salads, even when the plant has started to bolt. It is also a very reliable germinator, and the seeds seem to have a longer storage life than other spinach. It is quick to bolt, but this does not end its edibility. |
