Probably my favorite sweet corn. Had good yields given that we had a dry summer. There were some corn earworm problems but not too bad. Yield was not as great as the silver queen but still happy with it. Will grow again next time I plant corn. |

This is the best selling corn seed by far at my local seed store. It was the best looking and most popular corn at the farmer's market last summer. Cobs are large. Kernels are tender and sugary. |

I have planted this corn for early, mid and late season crops. It has been a reliable producer. I suggest that you do not crowd it. One plant per foot of row and rows 36 inches apart gives good large ears.
Flavor is superb and it lasts well on the stalk or in the fridg. Good for freezing. |

I have a very small plot (10 ft by 10 ft)so I hand pollinate. 50 plants. Other than the hand pollination this was a very low maintanence crop. The taste is wonderful. Yield was at least 3 ears per plant. VERY happy with this variety. |

Like its brother Crookham hybrids, Bodacious and Argent this cultivar was a dissapointment. It grew , and produced a crop but it is not as good as many of the bi-colors in its class. |

Had a very hot dry summer and this corn never showed a sign of an ear.! Planted in a bock of rows 4 rows wide, 2 feet apart, 15-20 feet long. I was amazed. Never had any variety of corn do this. |
