Our seed packet was lebeled: Yellow Scallop Bush. I believe this is it. This is our first year growing this beautiful squash. We planted this bush scallop in our side area dedicated to beans, squash, pumpkins and cucumbers. This variety was flavorful, productive and well suited to raised planters. However, of all of our squash varieties, this one was most subject to SVB and PM and stopped looking good about halfway through the season although it still produced. My parents who live well north of here in Maine have theirs in a container on their deck and they have been happy with it. |

This is probably my favorite summer squash of all. Flavor is excellent, very buttery. Plants are small, only about two feet wide, but produce like crazy. Seed is available from Southern Exposure. |
