mine was brick red. I understand there are a few variations out there. What was most incredible was my one plant yielded 45.9#

An outstanding beefsteak. Terrific flavor. It is pink, despite those who say it is a red. Perfect balance of sweet and tart, excellent for a slicer or to can. I grew Polish C. |
