Usually sold as Anellino Yellow. These are very large rangy pole beans with a lot of foliage. They will need to be well trellised. They are also quite late to start producing beans - at least three weeks after our earliest pole beans. However, once they start they produce a lot of beans. Like most beans they are best before they get too large. I think them best when they are medium sized and still have a blush of green on them. The little curly shape of them is very cute, but kind a pain to work with. It makes them hard to pack and hard to trim. The flavour is excellent however, sweet and rich. UPDATE 2013: Moderate to poor resistance to anthracnose.
