A very attractive pak choi. It is not as vigorous as Joi Choi bu grows nicely in decent conditions. The green ribs are unique |

I accidently started these seeds with my cool crops on 4/10 and I expect what ever came up I would lose to a frost. They survived beautifully until our last frost date of 5/25. They produced the cutest litte tight heads! I made stir fry and it was delicious. The leaves and stalks are small and tender. This is definatley going to be a staple in my veggie garden from now on. Just watch out for flea beetles. Never had them before but they sure did like this! |

These are easy to grow and end up the perfect size for a small family meal so there is no storage or waste. Very juicy and tasty. They even survive some pretty hot weather in my early summer greenhouse. Never seen one bolt... but maybe it's because we eat them so fast! |

Have tried other varieties and this is by far the best - very tasty and productive. Cannot be started very late, however, it doesn't like hot, dry weather. |

Beautiful formation. Easy from seed. Slugs do make holes and leaves and if overwatered can rot a bit at root, but very sweet and tasty. Easy with good yield. |
