'Red Choi' Pak Choy

Description:	Hybrid. This variety is specially developed for baby leaf salad-mix uses. A baby leaf stage leaves are dark green with maroon veins. At full size of 8 to 10 inches leaves will have turned dark maroon with green undersides and thin green petioles. About 45 days to maturity from seed.

I tried Red Choi primarily for the visual appeal. It performed well here. It is sort of half size between a baby pak choi like New Nabai and the more traditional size Joi Choy.
