This is the first indeterminate Tomato Spotted Wilt Virus resistant variety That I have grown. Its major feature is earliness. Controls were Mountain Merit and Red Defender. Pamela beat them by two weeks It is small for a fresh market tomato. June crop ran 6- 8 0unces but size decreased as plant aged, By September only a smattering of cocktail size tomatoes. The plant is huge and sprawling, overwhelmed cages. Taste is similar to Early Girl not competitive with later maturing fresh market varieties. It is vigorous, early, and prolific |
