USER ENTERED : Tall, upright bush plants bear gray-green 3" pods filled with dime-sized, greenish-white flat beans. This dependable, heavy yielder of high quality baby limas is the best small lima variety available, in our opinion.

Germination was spotty. Had to replant some. They grew well and had a moderate yield. |

First planting had several eaten by either chipmunks or birds. Next planting was eaten down twice by deer but rebounded over time. Fruit set was later in the season around mid-September. Was able to do a minimal harvest before frost hit. Beans were a nice size and had a very nice flavor. |

Not great germination. Only a couple plants survived and only a few pods on each of those. |

I had just enough beans to make the two plantings, one week apart. Sadly, neither planting germinated. |

No germination from the first two plantings, so the third, successful planting started a bit late and few beans were ready by mid-September when the weather turned cold. Nice little limas, but seem to require a longer season that we have in upstate New York. |

A high yielding small lima bean. We ended up with only a few plants because birds ate most of the planted seeds, but the plants that remained did well. |
