Germination wasn\'t great but did manage to get 2 plants. Only only survived the seedling stage. Only one watermelon was produced, not too tasty though.

The seeds planted at the end of June did not germinate. Our temperatures were still cool. I addition, we installed a new irrigation system, which was difficult to adjust at first.\r\nwe planted a second batch, at the end of July. Two plant grew, but did not thrive or produce fruit. We had a very dry season.

Easy to grow, but not very productive. We never actually got to taste a melon - the first few were snagged by passers by (likely too early). The last one ripening on the vine got hit by a late frost and was very watery and still not ripe by the end of the season.

Each vine only yielded a single melon. The melons are a good size. However, we did not get a chance to eat them; an animal got to it before we did. Be sure to have space in your beds for this to vine and crawl.

A good small, seeded watermelon. Good flavor and texture. Each vine yielded one watermelon, so the productivity was not high. It was fun for the children to see how a watermelon grows.

Our plants were overgrown by the squash plant in the adjacent bed and did not get large. One small watermelon was produced, which was delicious, juicy, crisp and easy to get the seeds out. The plant had a mosaic virus (watermelon mosaic?) which produced a pretty pattern on the fruit and maybe was responsible for the brown spots on the leaves and poor growth of the plant.

Compact vine with attractive curly leaves. Only produced one melon. The flesh was pink colored, very juicy and there were a lot of seeds. The taste was good but not great.
