One of the very best cut-&-come-again leaf lettuces that I have tried, and I have tried several so far.
I have not found a better CACA red lettuce. Red Sails gets a lot of good press, but it is very weak in the juvenile stages. This stuff is hardy. If you want an easy, hardy, beautiful abundant producing red leaf lettuce, this is the one.
This is definitely in my top three. (Simpson's Elite, Vulcan, and Little Gem). |
