Good flavor and texture. Smaller than grocery-store pak choi, which is convenient. Bulks up suddenly. Has been good both early spring and fall. I don't try to brassica greens in summer.

Easy from seed and dead-on reliable. Thick white ribs are juicy and sweet. Nice large leaves. Slugs like it, but pretty upright, so do little damage.
