Good flavor. Very mild when young, and gets a sharper "pepper" taste as it matures. Bolts pretty quickly, even in the cool wet 2015 spring we had in Northeast Illinois. I found it difficult to delay the bolting, relative to other cool weather salad crops. |

Excellent flavor and texture. Quick grower, but fast to flower. Above average yield. |
