Very nice bitey greens, delicious mixed with milder greens in salad, or on sandwiches with cheese or other sandwich fillings that balance the cress. Very fast-growing, makes a good catch crop in between slower-growing crops. Doesn't last long before it bolts, though, so if you want to keep harvesting it for more than two or three weeks you'll need to sow succession crops. I grow this every spring and fall.
