I grew this for the first time this season. I loved the flavor in salads but didn't experimant with it in stir fries or soups as is suggested for use. It made a great compliment to the other greens I grow and was very late to bolt. I will be planting it again next season and explore more of it's uses then just fresh eating.

Very good, either as salad (when young) or cooked Chinese style (when older). Grows most vigorously in cool weather, but can withstand mid-summer heat surprisingly well, if kept well-watered.
