Very easy to grow. Plus it grows very quick and serves well as a 'cut and come again' green. This is lovely in salad, even when the leaves get large. The flavor is interesting. It is a full mustard flavor with leaves on the same plant that seem to vary in the level of pungency/intensity. I have had some leaves on the level of fresh horseradish in terms of heat, while others were fairly mild, all on the same plant. This is a very good type to grow if you like Mustard greens.

Our favorite mustard. As light in texture as lettuce, can be used in salads. Lovely light mustard flavor and beautiful with purple rounded leaves.
