Very easy to grow. Plus it grows very quick and serves well as a 'cut and come again' green. This is lovely in salad, even when the leaves get large. The flavor is interesting. It is a full mustard flavor with leaves on the same plant that seem to vary in the level of pungency/intensity. I have had some leaves on the level of fresh horseradish in terms of heat, while others were fairly mild, all on the same plant. This is a very good type to grow if you like Mustard greens. |

Our favorite mustard. As light in texture as lettuce, can be used in salads. Lovely light mustard flavor and beautiful with purple rounded leaves. |
