Got a late start and not able to plant this leafy green until mid-summer. Grew quickly. Dark green 5-inch (so far) leaves,. Tender and Interesting taste. Ate it raw. Not spinach and not mustard green. Nice flavor with a hint of spiciness. Very enjoyable and will grow again next year. |

Tendergreen is usually listed as a mustard spinach. It has very thin, light green leaves. Grows like gangbusters, and is clean and tender. |
