Small, netted melons with green flesh. Large seed cavities. Thin, sparse vine, but mine produced five mature fruit. For most varieties, I would only put one vine per hill, but with Jenny Lind, two plants can easily live in close proximity. These melons did not slip easily from the vine for me. The flavor was outstanding, being a bit spicy. This melon was very popular with my family, even though it is small and has a large seed cavity. It was definitely worth some room in my garden!

This one did little for me. Flavor is inferior to the old Netted Gem. Productivity was mediocre. Larger melons than the Netted Gem.

This is a nice, small green-fleshed muskmelon. If you've never had a green-fleshed muskmelon, you should try one. They are usually sweeter than the orange fleshed melons, and don't have that funky, musky odor and aftertaste. Quite good. It's a small, early melon. By being so early, I was able to harvest them before all the insects could get to them. Late melons don't fare well here.
