Was advertised as greenhouse variety, and have downgraded ease rating as I have been unable to successfully produce melons in my natural light, heated greenhouse (even during longer light days). Please note: outdoors in the garden, this melon is excellent and would receive a higher ease rating. It stays somewhat small, produces lots of smaller sweet melons. Size is perfect (not so large as grocery store varieties). However, hard to determine ripeness (when to pick) but they seem to ripen somewhat in the fridge. Not good for lengthly storage. I will continue to grow this variety in the summer outdoor garden. Seeds purchased from Johnny's. |

Great tasting melons! Small but very heavy for their size; somewhat difficult to determine ripeness. Vines bear heavily. |
