Excellent melon in the 20-25lb class. Excellent texture and flavor. Very productive under my conditions. |

This is another melon which I grew in Lake County California where temperatures average 100 Degrees F. during summer months. From four hills I only averaged about 4 decent size melons , 15 to 18 lbs each. But Oh were they so sweet and delicious. I gave one to my adult son and he ate it almost to the outside stripped rind and ask me to please grow it again next year. Besides me, he is a" watermelon critic" and said this is one of the best tasting watermelons that he has ever eaten. My main complaint was that I wish the plants were a little more vigorous and productive. |

Easy to grow, and matures well in my area of Northern California where summer temperatures near the S.F. Bay may not be warm enough for some melons. Early and Sweet. Won a taste test in Napa, CA. |
