Although this is a good producer, the taste just wasn't there for me.
It reminded me of a grocery store melon. There are far better melons to grow. |

This was an extraordinary year for watermelons in Georgia. Extreme drought and high temperatures. None of my varieties performed well. Vista did as well as any. It did not pull away from Crimson sweet, which is very similar and open pollinated. Was not worth the difference in seed costs this year. |
