Germination was good. Plants were very susceptible to insect injury; several eaten so much they had to be removed. Ones that survived insect were eaten by rabbits. No harvest. |

This crop was not a success. The head was very small and bolted very quickly. Some of the issues may have been the weather which was very warm on Long Island. It may be able to do better in colder temperatures. |

Was very excited to see how well this grew, all four plants headed up nicely. I was worried about swede midge but it turned out not to be a problem this year. Very beautiful and quite tasty. No issues from germination to harvest. |

Huge plants. Few insect problems. All 4 gave large unique shaped florets. Taste was better steamed than raw. |

Germinated very easily from seeds started indoors in early May. Moved to garden in early June and used row covers until mid-July when plants got too large. By mid-August florets starting to form but plants were destroyed by insects. Therefore can\'t give a true review except to say easy to grow and we probably should keep them under covers all season. |

Plants got big and grew strongly. Very little insect damage due to using row cover. Head formed on 2 of the 4 plants, but florets grew out on long stalks with leaves in between. This might be due to high temperatures? Taste was nice when cooked. |

Huge plants with enormous leaves. It should NOT be planted in a square foot garden as instructed. We had two plants; the stalk of one plant rotted or was eaten from the inside. We discovered this after we pulled it. The yield was low - there was much more plant than edible cauliflower. But, it tasted very good. |

I grew "Shannon" - Similar hybrid. Grew because it is different than what is available in stores. Large plant small head as in description. Did not need blanching or tying leaves. Fall crop seeded July 1 for late Oct harvest. Better sweeter taste than white Cauliflower. Beautiful different appearance. Had usual pests of cole crops. |
