Cheddar and Graffiti grow much easier than white cauliflower but the seeds are far more expensive. Also Cheddar is a variety owned by Monsanto and I will not grow it anymore.

Cauliflower is fussy, but with Cheddar, there is no need to tie up the leaves. The color knocks your socks off, the novelty appeals to kids, and the taste seals the deal. Heads are smaller than Snow Crown or Cassius, but delicious and fun. I will grow again. It works for me as an early spring crop and as a fall crop.

Trouble-free, tasty, quick to mature, and pretty! Grew it for fall harvest. Heads were a little small.

Disease free heads matured over a 2 week period from same planting. The cheddar color is enhanced by blanching before freezing. Sure beats tying and blanching the traditional varities.

Very good flavor, and showed good heat tolerance through some very hot and dry weather.

The color on this variety is pale orange, the size is smaller than white cauliflower and the curd texture is a little bumpier.
