Does very well here with hot days and cool to cold nights. Fairly early and reliable. Very attractive as well. Cauliflower is a challenge here some years but this one works. Expensive seed is the only negative.

A very easy cauliflower to grow. I always put out 1 month old transplants for this family. Takes heat very well and gives a nice wide window of harvest, although I had one that never made a head.? Big sized heads, just gorgeous. Too bad seed is expensive and is a hybrid. Sell well at market. Seeds are neon fuschia.

Retains its purple color when cooked. Consistently large and blemish free heads. Beautiful to look at.

Very easy to grow, but very small heads. I was not very impressed with the taste. They turned grey when cooked past the crunchy stage.

I grew this in 2006 & 2007. For me it is the easiest cauliflower to grow and the only one I have grown well. I have never had a beautiful white cauliflower but several beautiful Graffiti. I would highly recommend it to the beginner for encouragement to to on to more difficult varieties. The flavor is great and I don't have any food color prejudices that I can't get over. I think the color is fun. It does turn a gray to black color if you overcook it but it still tastes as good as overcooked cauliflower can.

grew this in 2006 - was not ready for harvest until the end of Oct. but it was WELL worth the wait. It was large as were the plants and amazingly beautiful. The flavor was great too.

This is a beautiful and tasty cauliflower. It is somewhat tempermental in this climate. It does not stand heat as well as other hybrids. So it is not alwys reliable in spring plantings. When conditions are right, It is superb.
