love this variety of spinach. I have never had any problems with it bug, disease or boltwise. heavy producer as long as it gets a couple extra handfulls per plant of composted manure cultivated in in its row before planting. excellent germination rate around %100. this is the only spinach remaining in my garden now after trying three others. I always harvest it in its immature state for use in salads or sandwich's. toasted cheese fans try this in your sammie! I love using muenster cheese with a layer of these tender leaves.

Very quick grower, but was also pretty quick to bolt.
