Description: Hybrid Japanese Daikon type. 6- to 20-inch by 2 1/2 to 4-inch, tapered, pure-white roots with white necks and medium-tall tops. Best for fall harvest. Pungent to hot flavor. Tolerant of fusarium and heat. Also known as 'Summer Cross', 'Minowase Summer Cross #3' and 'Minowase Summer Cross No 3'.

This one has already been rated under Summer Cross # 3. It is simply the most productive and uniform winter radish that I have grown. Got seed from Twilley. Larger and longer season than the also excellent Watermelon radish.
