Attractive white roots with a spicy flavor that intensifies as the weather warms. Shoulders have a tendency to push out of the ground and turn green and roots can be sligthly pithy even when young and small.

Easy to grow and very pretty in a salad. Seemed more resistant to bugs and heat than the red radishes I grow. Early crop lasted several weeks.
