These grew so reliably. They were all READY and eager to be eaten in 35 days or so. They were a beautiful white, like an egg. And mild and good tasting. I am going to grow a ton of these for market next year, and offer samples and I think I will be a millionaire! Of course if I don't get the same amount of frost to improve the taste, that could affect my plans, but I'll give it a shot anyways.

We don't always grow turnips but we really enjoyed this variety. The greens are light green in color turning bright green when steamed and the roots are mild if harvested early. They are very welcome in the spring. We cook the small white turnips first then add the greens for 5 minutes for an old-fashioned treat. We had flea beetle holes in the leaves but, who cares?
