2015 was our first try at growing Daisy Gold. We obtained a nice yield of very good looking potatoes. The flesh is brilliant yellow, much yellower than Yukon Gold or Lehigh. Have only eaten them one way: cut into wedges and roasted with a smattering of favorite spices and light coating of olive oil--excellent
