We only started growing Salem in 2012. We liked it then, our first year with it because it produced an acceptable yield despite the drought. Now after 2013 season during which we had an abundance of rain, we find ourselves with an abundance of very large-sized Salems. Needless to say, we like Salem. It grows well with few problems, and perhaps more importantly, it is a nice creamy flavor.
