This is an excellent cultivar for the home gardener. Orange flesh, that is moise and delicious. A very good baker. On the downside, roots are not uniform. Some will tend to get huge (jumbo) and sometimes quite long and crooked. Not good for a market gardener.

Found this variety grew well this past season(05), maybe because of the heat? Produced large heavy tubers or elongated ones that were good when scrubbed and sliced. Would be hard to market most of the tubers I had. Can't wait to try again next year.

Excellent yields, however many roots lack the traditional elongation asociated with sweet potatoes.Very good flavor and internal color.
