A middle-of-the-road tomato IMO. In 2008 I grew Early Girl, Carnival, and Super Fantastic. Carnival had more flavor than Early Girl and less flavor than Super Fantastic. Carnival was not as early as Early Girl, but earlier than Super Fantastic. The yield was good, although a lot of the tomatoes had cracks. I wasn't overly impressed with this tomato. It was ok but not exceptional. I will experiment with other varieties next year.

This tomato has a good taste and is very prolific, especially mid to late summer. The appearance though is SO beautiful. They look like perfect apples. They are flawlessly gorgeous and you will almost be tempted to pick them before they are ripe.

A sister variety to Celebrity. This has slightly better flavor than Celebrity to me, but maybe slightly less yield. Both seem to offer good disease resistance and perform with a good crop, but the flavor of both varieties leaves a lot to be desired compared to more flavorful standard hybrids like Super Fantastic or Goliath, and much below top flavor heirloom varieties.
