One of the most productive tomatoes I\'ve ever grown! This large tomato is hollow - it lacks the watery gel that most tomatoes have. The flavor is rather plain, though cooked it is just fine. Besides being great for stuffing (I prefer them stuffed and cooked like stuffed peppers, not stuffed raw), they are excellent for making puree, paste, and sauce, as they are very low in moisture. This means you have less cooking time to get a good sauce produced, and it has more of a fresh taste. The yellow sauce made from these is beautiful.

I grew this in both zone 9 and zone 5, equally as productive. Loads of yellow unique shapped toms. Good for cooking, flavor, though not strong is much better then pink stuffer. It's one I will grow forever year after year.
