| In the 30's, 40's and 50's this was the standard green bean. It is still reliable, altho it will not produce with many of the modern cultivars. One of the best flavored bush beans for traditional southern style snap beans. As a youngster, Burpee's' Stringless Green Pod and its predecessor Giant Stringless Green Pod were all that my father would grow. |

| This is one of the vegetables that I sell in my small vegetable stand and my customers keep coming back and telling me this is the best tasting green bean they have ever eaten! I find it easy to grow, produces well, and OH SO GOOD!! |
